am offering my services to the public, so if you need anything e.g.
site layout, banner, cd case cover, wallpaper, logo, flash intro/animation
etc... then i will make it for you for a nice, cheap price. (see

What
payment options are available for your
services?
I am currently only accepting checks
through the post until i get other ways of collecting money. (when
sending checks send it recorded)
What do you charge for your services?
There are to ways that you can be billed
you can be billed hourly or billed by the size of the project, when
billed hourly it will cost £10 an hour, when billed by the size
of the project the price can be from as little as £30 to £300.
What payment plans do you offer
for your services?
Projects estimated over £100
i require full payment before the job is started. For projects under
£100 i require at least half of what ever the project costs
as a first payment then the second half when the project is finished.
Is there a way to see my project in
progress?
I will upload your project to the high
voltage webserver for you to have access to, an e-mail will be sent
when any updates have been made. all images uploaded are protected
by copyright laws and are copyrighted to the webmaster of high voltage
(me) and must not be downloaded in anyway.
How do i receive my work once
it is completed?
Once your approval and last payment
has been made i will either send them to you via e-mail in a zip file
containg all elements, on a cd/disk to your postal address or i can
upload them to your webserver. (the discussion is all yours)
How long will it take for my project to be completed?
I will give you a approximate time
and day of completion before the work has started, some jobs may take
longer than planned so expect delays, but i aim to get the job done
on that date/time.
What if i want to cancel my project?
For web design work you will be billed
on what already has been done, there will be no other charges, no
cancel fee, and your project may be canceled at any time.
