HV-Designs Online Shop provides online transaction processing via credit cards for the sale of PSD files related to tutorials on hv-designs.co.uk.
CHARGEBACKS OF FRAUDULENT OR DISPUTED ORDERS:
In the event of a chargeback due to fraud or some other buyer dispute, the amounts charged back by the credit card companies will be deducted from the respective customer account against their next settlement. hv-designs will provide all documentation to protest the chargeback to the credit card companies, but sometimes we lose and are charged for the fraudulent or disputed amounts. These rare cases may cause a deduction against sales and further items.
CREDIT CARD & BANK CARD SECURITY:
We know of no documented cases of credit card & bank card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. No payment information what so ever is collected by hv-designs, all payments are dealt via paypal.
PSD AND TUTORIAL FILES:
After purchasing any downloadable file or product from the HV-Designs Online Shop, it is the customers responsibility to download the file or product within 24 hours of purchase. If you believe an error has been made in the purchase, please do not download the file (you must contact us explaining the error at admin@hv-designs.co.uk ). Once you download the file, then it is impossible for us to refund you for it.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE that hv-designs.co.uk has the right to put a temporary hold on any account while it validates credit card purchases and/or reviews such transactions for potential fraud. While an account is on hold, downloading files is not allowed. Once the purchase is validated, the hold will be removed and downloading will be possible. Or, if the transaction is fraudulent, then the account will be frozen and other actions will be taken.
Important Notice: Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for another file for a different format of the same file.
Important Notice: ALL files have been scanned prier to upload to our servers and contain no viruses or harmfull content. If any viruses or harmfull content are found hv-designs.co.uk will no be held responsilable, but can assure you with 100% certanty that no files have been tampered with.
CHANGED TERMS :
hv-designs.co.uk has the right at any time to change or modify these Terms of Use applicable to use of the site, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means including, without limitation, posting on the site, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means. Any use of the site by you after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions.
