Update complete, read ALL about it. 
The biggest update hv-designs has ever had is now completed, eveything seems to work a treat, the update includes.
+New designs
+Gravatar support
+New tabbed sidebar
+Less adverts
Dont sound like much, but ive had my work cut out i tell ya. If you happen to notice anything odd error wise whilst browsing around the website can you please let me no just leave a comment on a post somewhere help much appreciated.
I may add a few more things as time goes on 1 being “flickr” support, would be nice to have some sort of social link with flickr ive also got to re-design my shop now :(. Anyways im off now for big lloooonnng sleep Il keep you all posted with tutorials as usual, please feel free to leave a comment id like to no what you think of this design.

Note: We now use Gravatars here on HV-DESIGNS, they are little icons that appear next to your name on this site and on many others next to your comments. You can get a Free Gravatar account for free and any other site that supports it will show your avatar also!

Persenally i liked the previous design better.
1 Thing i would really edit is this picture above this post saying news, i think it’s to bright (or at least the background). Almost getting a headache.
This is meant supportive, not as taking you down.

the pink im using now is abit more intenser than on the last design. may i ask what it is you liked more about the last design? -

Ofcourse you may ask me that. I think the previous side bar was better, but that doesn’t fit with this design (at least the colors doesn’t).
What also is quite annoying is that you cant reach the catogories at once, you first have to click a tab, if I were you i would seperate the tagcloud from it.
Also the menubar beneed the header contains not enough links in my oppinion, so it look kinda emty, may you should put a link with contact and PSD shop in it?
And a little tip for the logo, the dot is a little pixaleted at the top. I’m using a LCD screen so everything is sharper so you may not see it if you use a CRT moniter.Sounds like alot, but maybe other people may say other things.
And another question, how can i use a gravater? I don’t see a field or anything to place a gravatar link…

you have to signup to gravatar (its free) and upload your image, once you have uploaded your image, your gravatar will be displayed on every blog you post on that has gravatrs enabled.
as for the header the dot is not pixelated its just becuase it has a gradient stroke on it, to be honest i just throu the header together as quickly as i could to get the site online
the navigation on the other hand was abit of a pain as id wanted the catorgories where the page links are but was unsuccesfull :(, i shall add more pages thou, just give me chance lol, also i think seperating the tagcloud might be a good idea.
I do appreciated the feedback end of the day its you guys out there looking at the site not me

Looks very good, ive seen all the hv-designs layouts so far. I think this is a nice improvement.

I think the old site looked awesome. But I think the new one looks even better than awesome! hehe
