Open up your prefered image, im using a picture of jessica alba doing a random pose. ; )
Now cut around your picture using your prefered tool then copy and paste to a new document, like this.
Now with your selected goto “image > adjustments > brightness & contrast” and use the settings below.
done! now use your imagination.
